Exchange can be made if the item(s) sent to you is incorrect or defected only. Exchange of different colours is strictly not allowed.
Invoice must be included with the returned item. Customers are requested to mail the item via POS LAJU to us. RockTape Malaysia will not proceed on with the exchange if the parcel does not reach us within 5 working days counting from the day the item is delivered and is not liable for loss mails.
Exchanges are subjected to stock availability and we do not provide cash refunds for such exchanges. ALL exchanges will be charged postage charges for us to resend the right item and the fee will be deducted from the store credit given if any or cash transfer to our bank account.
All exchanges are final and further requests for exchange will be denied.
*Exchanges will only be done for an item(s) in its original condition (plastic wrap intact, unused, and unaltered). Exchanges for articles which do not meet all conditions will be duly declined.
All exchanges/ returns will be processed and dealt with via mail at email@example.com
All return item must be returned/mailed back to RockTape within 5 working days from the day item is mailed out by RockTape. Any delay will not be entertained, hence we advise you to deal with these A.S.A.P.
RockTape will not be liable should you purchase our merchandize from any third party. We will not accede to any request for exchange.
Colour of products may varies due to studio lighting used and please allow 20% of colour variation in real product as compared to actual products. It may appear darker or lighter. Exchanges due to this reason will not be entertained.
Kindly give our office 7 working days to process the return items once it is received.
